What is a digital product?
A digital product is a file you purchase and download directly to your device. No physical product will be shipped to you. Digital products are great for organizing and keeping multiple planners in one place.
What are digital planners?
Digital planners are downloadable planners designed to help you organize your schedule, finances, meals, goals, travel, and everyday life. They can be used on compatible tablets and devices with a supported note-taking or PDF annotation app.
How will I receive my purchase?
Your digital product will be delivered electronically after your purchase. You will receive instructions and/or a download link to access your files.
Do I need an iPad?
Many of our planners are designed with iPad users in mind, but compatibility can vary by product. Please check the individual product description before purchasing.
What app do I need?
Most digital planners are PDF-based and can be used with compatible PDF annotation or note-taking apps. The specific app you need may depend on your device and the features included with the product.
Can I use my digital planner on my phone or computer?
Some products may work on phones, tablets, and computers, while others are designed specifically for tablet use. Please check the product listing for compatibility information.
Can I print my digital planner?

Can I use my purchase more than once?
Yes, unless otherwise stated in the product listing, you may use your purchased file for your own personal use. Digital products are for individual use and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
Can I share my digital files with someone else?
No. Your purchase is for personal use only. Please do not share, copy, redistribute, or resell the files.
Can I edit the digital products?
This depends on the product. Some products may be designed for digital writing/annotation, while others may not be editable. Please review the product description for details.
Are digital products refundable?
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all digital product sales are final unless otherwise stated in the refund policy. If you’re having an issue with your digital product, please reach out to me at leedesignedit@gmail.com so that we can come up with the best solution.
I purchased a product but can’t find my download. What should I do?
First, check your email inbox, spam, and promotions folders for your order confirmation and download information. If you still can’t locate your files, please contact me at leedesignedit@gmail.com with your order information and I’ll be happy to help.
How many times can I download my purchase?
Download limits may vary by product. Please refer to the download information provided with your purchase. Most downloads are able to be downloaded no more than 5 times.
Will I receive a physical planner?
No. Nothing will be shipped to you.
Can I use your products for my business?
Commercial use, resale, redistribution, or claiming the designs as your own is not permitted.

Are your digital products updated?
If a product receives an update, the availability of the updated version will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
